What you will be doing:
- Visiting network hospitals and taking care of cashless processes of clients end-to-end
- Overseeing multiple cashless authorizations and discharge
- Building relationships with different hospitals for a favorable service
- Interacting with Claims Administrator at Loop to coordinate efforts for a smooth cashless procedure
- Working with hospitals, TPAs, the internal team at Loop to ensure a speedy resolution
- Interact with client and take care of all claim-related procedures
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of experience working with cashless claims
- Has held a role in a TPA/hospital desk/insurer in a claims-facing role
- Has had 6+ months experience interacting with customers
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in a regional language is encouraged
- Interested in learning new technological tools
