Join us!Position Overview We are seeking a detail oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team as a contractor and work on one of the most important challenges in medicine - improving the outcomes for individual cancer patients. We are looking for individuals with experience in Medical Administration with direct experience working with medical records and familiarity with medical and genomic terminology, medical abbreviations, pharmacy terms, and medical record documentation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in processing medical records in support of clinical data abstraction operations as well as helping us to deliver upon key company projects that support our B2B/life sciences partners. Position will start as a contractor with potential to become a full-time position.Key Responsibilities - Retrieving and processing medical records into the Outcomes4Me ecosystem
- Processing genomic record authorizations
- Submitting medical record authorizations to healthcare facilities
- Maintaining and completing operational trackers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Paying invoices related to the medical records processing
- Performing patient and facility follow ups
- Tracking metrics in support of KPIs

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills. The successful candidate will be a detailed and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving efficiencies in medical administration. In addition, the ideal candidate will be driven by the mission of the company to improve outcomes for all by empowering patients and democratizing healthcare.You have: - 1-3 years’ experience in Medical Administration with direct experience working with medical records
- Familiarity of medical and genomic terminology, medical abbreviations and pharmacy terms, and medical record documentation
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with tools including Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite
- You’re interested in healthcare and digital health
