The company was founded by Somesh Saxena in 2022, formerly serving as the Head of Data & Analytics at GE Aerospace. Pantomath’s customers include several F500s and is VC backed by Sierra Ventures, Bowery Capital, and Epic Ventures.
Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate is a dynamic marketing leader with a strong focus on product marketing and demand generation. You will be tasked with translating Pantomath's technical value proposition into compelling narratives, driving demand, and positioning Pantomath as the industry leader. You’ll build out well-defined parameters for success and failure for our go-to-market experimentation and help lay the foundation for scalable growth. As an early-stage, rapidly growing startup, we are looking for someone who will wear multiple hats and can execute but also think strategically.
Craft and refine messaging that articulates Pantomath's unique value proposition and develop go-to-market strategies for new features and integrations.
Design and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns across various channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to produce technical content, including whitepapers, webinars, and case studies, that resonates with our target audience.
Be a domain expert, following industry trends and emerging technologies in the data observability space.
Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to leverage technical insights for marketing initiatives.
6+ years of experience in product marketing and demand generation, preferably in the B2B enterprise tech space.
Experience in data operations, data reliability, or related industries is preferred.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
