Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key initiatives across our SaaS platform. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, execution oversight, and process optimization to ensure seamless coordination between engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based architectures, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Execution:
- Define, scope, and execute cross-functional programs related to SaaS product development, platform enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and manage program timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues to keep programs on track.
- Establish and maintain program documentation, reporting key milestones and metrics to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to align priorities and drive execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize data-driven insights, KPIs, and self-service analytics initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate program status and insights to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations.
Process Optimization & Agile Execution:
- Implement Agile and Lean best practices to improve execution efficiency.
- Drive process automation and standardization across teams to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Manage dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration for new feature releases and platform improvements.
- Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to optimize software deployment and infrastructure scalability.
- Align with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and feature rollouts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of program management experience in a SaaS or cloud-based product environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud infrastructure , and Agile development processes.
- Experience working with Agile teams and tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sisense, etc.) and data visualization strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standard and data-driven SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe Agile, or PgMP.
