We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team at Phenom People. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our AI-powered recruitment platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, and prioritize features to deliver a world-class product.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and sales teams to gather requirements and develop product features
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and drive business growth
- Act as a product evangelist and represent the company at industry events and conferences
What You’ve Done
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR technology or recruitment industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience building SaaS products, building and managing API gateway, drive adoptions, customer development and storying telling and version setting skills.
- Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools
- Storytelling and vision setting skills
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
Salary
- Expected salary range $100,000 - $135,000
Please note the Salary range is subject to change in the future in accordance with Phenom’s policies
