Job Requirements Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Manager of Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing systems and processes. This is a pivotal role responsible for owning the marketing automation platform, designing lead lifecycle stages, streamlining data management, enabling campaign execution, and aligning cross-functionally with demand generation, sales, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketing leader with a strong technical foundation, hands-on execution skills, and a passion for process excellence. You will play a critical role in accelerating pipeline growth and driving measurable revenue impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve the overall marketing operations strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Own the implementation and optimization of lifecycle stages, lead status mapping, and workflows—experience with HubSpot preferred.
- Ensure marketing technology stack is integrated, optimized, and maintained (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Qualified, etc.).
- Build and manage scalable processes for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, routing, and attribution.
- Collaborate and manage qualified AI SDR component with cross functional teams
- Oversee data hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and compliance with global data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Define and track key marketing KPIs; produce insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure seamless lead handoff and accurate pipeline and revenue reporting.
- Align campaign operations with content, product marketing, and digital teams for maximum impact.

- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of scaling and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRMs (Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in campaign operations, analytics, and reporting (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Technical proficiency with APIs, integrations, and marketing data ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
