We are seeking an experienced and strategic PMO Leader to head our Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, governance, and support that enables the successful delivery of projects and programs aligned to the customer and organizational goals. By establishing and promoting best practices, standardizing processes, and optimizing resource allocation the PMO Lead will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget-driving measurable value and continuous improvement for our customers.


What You’ll do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks, policies, procedures, and best practices to support project delivery excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure consistent project execution and delivery.
  • Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success, risk management, and resource utilization.
  • Facilitate project prioritization, budgeting, and resource planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project governance and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the PMO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive change management initiatives related to project management practices and tools.
  • Conduct project audits, status reviews, and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile project management methodologies.

What You’ve Done

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project management with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a PMO.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing PMO frameworks and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, monday.com, JIRA, Asana, etc.) and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience in HRTech industry would be an asset

Salary

Expected salary range $130,000 - $145,000
