This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Business Partner.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the full employment lifecycle of our employees - this will include delivering a first class onboarding experience for new hires; will own the onboarding process; will be responsible for organizing Phenom's monthly new hire training, will work on ongoing projects to improve the new hire experience
- Develop new hire & employee trainings using Phenom's Learning Management System
- Develop programs that celebrate company values and encourage employee participation in company-wide events and activities
- Will provide support to any off boarding activities for employees
- Execute HR administration for various European countries
- Monitor and improve internal communication channels to keep employees informed and connected
- Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatieve
- Other HR duties as assigned
Work Experience
What You’ve Done
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of employment law, compensation & general HR functions
