As a Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with enterprise-level clients. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to understand our solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Phenom's platform and services
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and present customized solutions to potential clients
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the Phenom solution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress
What You've Done:
- 5+ year’s SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR Technology
- Strategic executive-level relationships in Enterprise Organizations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus is an asset
