Job Requirements


Phenom People is looking for an experienced Product Manager, Analytics to join our Product team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.



The Product Manager, Analytics will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the product roadmap for our analytics products. This includes working with stakeholders to define product requirements, developing product strategies, and managing the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, analytics, and data science.



Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute product roadmaps for analytics products

• Work with stakeholders to define product requirements

• Develop product strategies and manage the product lifecycle

• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches

• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvement

• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners



Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, and/or data science

• Experience with product development and product lifecycle management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodology

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, marketing, or a related field. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the web and mobile analytics market and customer needs. Additionally, experience with Mixpanel, Pyze, Amplitude or other analytics tools would be a significant advantage

  • Deeply understanding customers, their motivations, and championing their voice
  • Prioritizing user research, journeys, and insights that count
  • Expediting time to value with MVPs and quick wins
  • Establishing trust to maximize the impact of data analytics and personalization
  • Designing intentional communication practices.
  • 3+ years of product management experience within a SaaS environment
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling to create and deliver actionable analytics insights
  • Experience in data analytics and data warehousing with strong SQL knowledge
  • Hands-on experiences in a wide range of current and emerging big data, cloud, AI/machine learning, automation, and BI technologies – e.g., Apache Spark, R/Python, Looker, AWS/Azure/GCP, Apache Arrow, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science / data science and or a related field (Masters / MBA preferred)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Figma, Miro, CI/CD etc.
