Phenom People is looking for a talented and experienced Product Development Engineer I to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The Product Development Engineer I will be responsible for developing and improving products and services for our customers. This position requires a creative and analytical thinker who can identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least two years of experience in product development. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve products and services to meet customer needs
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Create prototypes and test products for functionality
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality
• Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments
• Develop product documentation and user manuals
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least two years of experience in product development
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Work Experience
- 1+ years of Software Development experience in Core Java, Microservices, Mongo DB, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, Design Patterns
- Strong experience in Coding & Designing
- Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education
· Engineering Graduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.
