Qeexo is currently seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to fill the role of Manager of Software Engineering. In this position, the candidate will oversee all software engineering aspects related to research and development as well as commercial projects. Furthermore, active participation in various operational aspects is expected.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, passionate, exceptionally organized, and possess a distinctive mix of business and technical acumen. Quick learning and adaptability are crucial, given the diverse projects across multiple disciplines associated with this role. Effective communication skills, spanning from engineers to executives, are a prerequisite for success in this position.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Executing and managing Qeexo’s software projects and team.
• Managing the multiple work streams our Software team juggles on a daily basis
• Understanding the necessary steps to complete each project, estimating how long each step will take, and prioritizing tasks within the team
• Working on technical roadmap design for Qeexo products
• Helping design and interpret experiments to improve the core algorithms of Qeexo products
• Interfacing between engineering and business teams
• Attending customer meetings if necessary, to represent software team

Skills & Requirements:
• Technical background and education: BS required, MS or higher preferred
• Expert in many areas of Software, with 10+ years of experience in the field
• 5+ years of project/team management in software development
• Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams.
• Web frontend/backend development and designing/running the service on AWS is preferred.
• Industrial IOT-related product experience is preferred.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-starter and versatile
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• US work authorization
