At TDK Qeexo, we are transforming the utilization and interaction with sensor data. As pioneers in automating end-to-end machine learning for edge devices, we are reshaping the landscape of "tinyML" development. Collaborating with leading global companies, we empower teams to effortlessly devise and implement machine learning solutions for industrial applications, all without the need for coding. Originating as a spin-off from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012, we are now a proud part of TDK Corporation, a prominent global player in sensor technology.
We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and exceptionally organized candidate to work with our CFO and CEO in our San Jose, CA office. You will be involved in many of the accounting functions and willing and able to move from project to project.
Responsibilities
• A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, expense report, customer contract billing
• General Ledger, month end closing
• Revenue recognition based on IFRS ASC606
• Manage financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain budget vs actual reconciliation and analysis.
• Assist CEO on administrative tasks.
Qualifications
• 4-year US college degree in accounting required
• 5+ years hands on experience in corporate accounting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CPA preferred, but not required
• US work authorization
