As the Digital Designer, you will be responsible for the creation of compelling digital and print content that delivers a highly differentiated and compelling message for Qeexo to support new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing digital and/or print creative assets. Creates designs for websites, email marketing, social media marketing, and more
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for people using our products and services
- Creates final images and other assets for use in emails, websites, social media, and anywhere Qeexo’s brand is presented
- Craft design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product, Research, Engineering, and other partners from concept to completion
- Assist Marketing and Sales teams on creating product, promotional, and sales enablement materials
- Partner with the Product Management team to translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements
- Collaborate directly with Software Engineers to bring the resulting designs and vision to market
- Own the end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) for current and future products and projects
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
- Present designs, prototypes and concepts to cross functional partners and stakeholders
- Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
- Clearly present design work and articulate design decisions to a vast set of internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design, graphic design, or digital design
- 5+ years in creative role with an in-house, corporate, agency or similar creative team required
- Commercial product (Saas or mobile product) experience of UI/UX and/or graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective content and user interfaces
- Expert proficiency in design software
- In-depth current knowledge of design trends, typography, and color theory required
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage projects from concept through final production
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering quality results and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.
