Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for AI, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven industrial products that support our EdgeRX ecosystem. You will lead high-impact initiatives that transform complex factory data - including vibration, TMR , and visual inspections - into valuable insights for manufacturers. In this position, you will translate user needs and technical opportunities into clear product direction, collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and business stakeholders. You will oversee the roadmap for key areas of our predictive maintenance and computer vision solutions, launching AI capabilities that enhance equipment health, reduce downtime, and improve operational performance across various industries.

What We Do

We build AI-powered industrial solutions that help manufacturers monitor equipment health, prevent downtime, and improve efficiency. Our EdgeRX platform delivers real-time insights from vibration, TMR , and multi-signal data, while EdgeRX Vision adds computer–vision based defect detection to catch issues early and reduce scrap. Together, these products turn raw factory data into actionable intelligence for sectors such as semiconductor, electronics, and automotive.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI-driven product enhancements.

  • Own the roadmap for assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with business and user goals.

  • Partner with engineering, data science, and design to drive clarity, execution, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor progress and remove blockers to deliver high-quality outcomes on time

  • Partner with Sales to drive GTM

Product Strategy, Execution & Analytics

  • Shape product priorities by translating market, user, and business insights into a clear roadmap

  • Engage directly with customers to understand real-world workflows, validate pain points, and gather detailed product requirements.

  • Manage the full lifecycle - from discovery and requirements to launch and iteration - with well-defined user stories and specifications.

  • Ensure delivery meets quality, usability, and performance standards.

  • Define and track KPIs, using data, experimentation, and user insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to gather requirements and maintain alignment.

  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AI Innovation, Compliance & Knowledge Sharing

  • Stay current on AI and market trends and apply emerging capabilities to improve product value.

  • Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance standards are upheld within product areas.

  • Produce clear product documentation and contribute to shared knowledge and communication across teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably with AI/ML-powered products.

  • Strong understanding of - artificial intelligence concepts, applied machine learning, and data-driven products.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful product outcomes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on usability, value, and accessibility.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clarity and structure.

  • Comfortable with 30-40% travel within Asia-Pacific to meet key customers and stakeholders
