Schedule: 20 hours per week
Location: Remote and In-Office
Job Description:
Qualiti.ai is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Implementation Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to break into the tech industry and gain hands-on experience in customer implementation and support.
As an Implementation Intern, you will assist our customers in getting their tests generated, maintained, and running using our cutting-edge test automation platform. You will play a key role in supporting technical customers with the setup and use of our product, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with Playwright, gaining valuable coding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in generating and maintaining automated tests using Qualiti.ai’s platform.
- Help customers set up and configure test runs.
- Participate in customer calls, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Learn and apply basic Playwright code to enhance the implementation process.
- Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure customer success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to test setups and configurations.
Qualifications:
- Interest in technology and a desire to learn about test automation.
- Basic technical aptitude; previous coding experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
