Summary:
Radius Agent is a fast growing real estate technology firm, backed by top leaders and investors in the Real Estate and Technology Industries. We are seeking a highly motivated Agent Success Manager to support a roster of agents associated with our brokerage, Radius Agent Realty.
*Candidate Profile: *
This position will help Radius agents leverage all technology and support RAR has to offer and ensure we are operationally set up to enter new markets. You are a relationship manager, primary point of contact, and expert for a roster of real estate agents. Your role will be focused on building relationships, and providing real time, best-in-class support to ensure their success.
Qualified candidates will be energetic, friendly, organized and proficient in learning new technology and systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcome new agents by conducting onboarding sessions for individual agents and agent teams
- Conduct regular technology and program trainings
- Proactively engage assigned agents to help them achieve business outcomes using the Radius technology and programs
- Troubleshoot issues related to marketing, technology, lead generation and other Radius programs
- Support in building camaraderie amongst the community of RAR agents
- Ensure all transactions of assigned agents are correctly accounted for
- Document and continuously improve best practices, resources and KPIs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented with solid organizational and problem solving skills
- High energy with a friendly, professional attitude
- 3+ years of existing Customer Success, Customer Support or Operations experience
- Experience in conducting virtual training sessions
- Bonus points for Real Estate experience, Hubspot proficiency
