A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract auditing or transaction coordination is essential.At the heart of our mission is our innovative real estate app, empowering agents and their clients with intuitive and robust transaction tools, enhanced by an integral AI layer, that streamline every step of the deal, from offer to close. This role requires to work in PST / CST/ EST
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of residential real estate contracts and transactions in accordance with company policies and relevant state laws, with a primary focus on Texas, Florida, and California.
- Review and analyze real estate contracts, agreements, and associated documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to resolve discrepancies and address audit findings.
- Maintain comprehensive records of audit results, track issues, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations in the specified regions and ensure company processes align with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of audit protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior audit support staff to ensure consistent and accurate auditing processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external auditors or regulatory bodies as needed.Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in US residential real estate contract auditing and/or transaction management.
- Proficiency in auditing transaction files in multiple states including some of the following: CA, FL, TX, GA, CO, WA, & OR.
- Strong understanding of US real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices in the specified regions.
