Radius Agent is building a nation wide, people first, technology-driven real estate brokerage. While both new and experienced agents struggle to find the support they need from a traditional brokerage, Radius refines the traditional brokerage model by providing training, education, and mentorship to inexperienced agents as well as leads, back office, marketing, technology, and financial product support for team leaders and top performing agents.

You can think of Radius as a “business-in-box” for residential real estate professionals.

We are rapidly growing. Over 75,000 agents nationwide use Radius’ social network app to exchange referrals and expand their networks. Our brokerage currently operates in California and in Colorado, and as we move into 2022, Radius will begin opening more markets across the U.S.

What We Offer:

Branding: 98% of consumers choose a real estate agent based on their name and reputation. Within our brokerage, create your own brand using over 10 custom-designed color palettes and 4 different design themes, including custom options.

Mentorship: Our Radius Mentor Program allows you to pair with senior agents based on the skills you’d like to develop

Marketing: Use real estate templates designed by real estate professionals, including social media ads, listing and buyer presentations, and other virtual marketing campaigns.

Monday Huddles: Our Managing Brokers care. They meet with their agents each Monday. Agents ask any and all questions they have.

Support: From our Live Events with professionals that help you hone your skills further, to Transaction coordination and Compliance, we have you supported across all functions to make you a great Realtor.

Leads: We’ll help you set up your own lead campaigns and provide you with qualified leads from our lead generation programs and partnerships. You can also use our trained, friendly in-house ISA team to contact, qualify, and keep each lead hot. Lead partnerships with zBuyer, Zillow Flex, and Opcity.

Technology: We pick the best technology and train you on how to use these tools. By using the right technology and training you’ll become more efficient and have more time. Our tech includes kvCORE, HighNote, SkySlope, and Canva.

What You Bring:

  • An active California Real Estate License.
