We’re looking for a hands-on, innovative LCM Engineering Specialist with strong NPI experience to join our growing team and take full ownership of product introduction and product lifecycle management.
This role is ideal for an engineer who can drive products smoothly from R&D to their full lifecycle in Production and Service, and ensure their long-term performance, reliability, and sustainability in the field.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the creation of production files / production documentation, work instructions, custom tools, and engineering documentation/files.
- Manage and control full product and system configuration, ensuring controlled, traceable products.
- Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability, reduce costs, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Lead process improvements in customer service and technical support, learning from field issues, monitor field performance, identify systemic issues, and translate insights into design, process, or quality upgrades that strengthen lifecycle KPIs and enhance product performance.
- Define and execute smooth, seamless transitions from development → production → service (NPI / Transfer to Production & Service) with zero-drama handovers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges on production and RMA lines, including in-depth / deep-dive failure analysis to keep lines moving.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from rollout to mature sustainment, ensuring long-term manufacturability and serviceability.
- Own the ECO process E2E – validation, implementation, and cross-team communication.
- Monitor field performance, identify systemic issues, and translate insights into design, process, or quality upgrades that strengthen lifecycle KPIs.
