Description

Regulus is an agile defense-tech startup tackling the most complex challenges in counter-drone and uncrewed defense. With hundreds of combat-proven systems deployed by the IDF and global partners, we are now engineering the next generation of C-UxS (Counter-Uncrewed Systems). We leverage advanced electronic warfare and kinetic measures to detect and neutralize hostile threats. If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future.

We’re looking for a hands-on, innovative LCM Engineering Specialist with strong NPI experience to join our growing team and take full ownership of product introduction and product lifecycle management.

This role is ideal for an engineer who can drive products smoothly from R&D to their full lifecycle in Production and Service, and ensure their long-term performance, reliability, and sustainability in the field.

If you thrive on developing processes, maturing products, and making a real impact across the organization this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the creation of production files / production documentation, work instructions, custom tools, and engineering documentation/files.
  • Manage and control full product and system configuration, ensuring controlled, traceable products.
  • Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability, reduce costs, efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Lead process improvements in customer service and technical support, learning from field issues, monitor field performance, identify systemic issues, and translate insights into design, process, or quality upgrades that strengthen lifecycle KPIs and enhance product performance.
  • Define and execute smooth, seamless transitions from development → production → service (NPI / Transfer to Production & Service) with zero-drama handovers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges on production and RMA lines, including in-depth / deep-dive failure analysis to keep lines moving.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from rollout to mature sustainment, ensuring long-term manufacturability and serviceability.
  • Own the ECO process E2E – validation, implementation, and cross-team communication.
  • Monitor field performance, identify systemic issues, and translate insights into design, process, or quality upgrades that strengthen lifecycle KPIs.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, or related engineering field – mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience in NPI, LCM, or similar multidisciplinary engineering roles.
  • Strong background working with multidisciplinary systems.
  • Experience with ECO processes, configuration management, and full lifecycle ownership.
  • Ability to troubleshooting deliver solutions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, certifications, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration control, ERP & PLM systems.
  • Experience in leading process improvements.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • A collaborative spirit – with experience working closely with R&D, Production, QA, and Service teams.
  • High-level English proficiency.
