Description

Regulus is an agile defense-tech startup tackling the most complex challenges in counter-drone and uncrewed defense. With hundreds of combat-proven systems deployed by the IDF and global partners, we are now engineering the next generation of C-UxS (Counter-Uncrewed Systems). We leverage advanced electronic warfare and kinetic measures to detect and neutralize hostile threats. If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company at a pivotal growth stage and help shape its products, culture, and future.

The Product Manager is a customer-facing, hands-on role bridging product, engineering, and field operations, responsible for successful integration, deployment, and operation of Regulus products in real-world environments while feeding field insights into product development.

This is not a classic Product Manager role, but a technical product leadership position for individuals with strong system-level thinking and deep technical expertise, offering a unique opportunity to bridge customers, R&D, and product leadership while combining hands-on technical work with direct customer and product influence to shape next-generation counter-UAS and GNSS capabilities in real operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Integration & Deployment

  • Lead and execute technical integrations of Regulus systems with customer platforms, sensors, networks, and command‑and‑control environments.
  • Support system deployment, configuration, and optimization in lab and field environments.
  • Act as a technical authority during system bring‑up, acceptance tests, and operational trials.

Customer Engagement & Field Support

  • Serve as a primary technical product interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, trials, and operational reviews.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex field issues involving RF, GNSS, software, and system behavior.
  • Provide structured feedback and recommendations following field activity and customer engagements.

Product Feedback & Requirements Definition

  • Collect, analyze, and formalize customer requirements, operational gaps, and enhancement requests from the field.
  • Translate real‑world use cases and constraints into clear technical and product requirements.
  • Work closely with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and product evolution.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Act as a bridge between customers, Product Management, R&D, Systems, and Operations.
  • Support internal teams with deep product knowledge, operational insights, and customer context.
  • Contribute to product documentation, system concepts of operation (CONOPS), and technical collateral.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven hands-on experience with complex systems, preferably involving RF systems, GNSS, EW, communications, or other multidisciplinary platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in technical, field, or operational capacities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze system-level behavior across hardware, software, and RF domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including on-site customer engagements and field activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense, homeland security, aerospace, or other mission-critical system environments.
  • Familiarity with counter-UAS systems, GNSS technologies, or navigation warfare concepts.
  • Experience supporting systems in operational or customer-facing environments.
  • Background in system integration, field engineering, or solutions engineering roles.
