As a System Integration Engineer, you will be the bridge between design and reality. You will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams—Hardware, Software, and Systems—to transform complex architectures into high-performance products. From the lab to the field, you will own the integration lifecycle, solving the "impossible" puzzles that emerge when sophisticated systems meet the real world.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with System, Hardware, and Software teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
- Define, develop, and execute comprehensive integration plans, verification protocols, and detailed test cases.
- Design and lead rigorous experimental campaigns in both controlled lab environments and real-world field conditions.
- Investigate and resolve complex system-level challenges, including Link Budgets, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), Power Consumption, and Mechanical constraints.
- Drive the hands-on bring-up and troubleshooting of sophisticated systems, identifying root causes for elusive hardware/software defects.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of proven experience in system integration or a similar hands-on engineering role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; a natural ability to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.
- A "get-it-done" approach to test setup, ramp-up, and failure analysis, backed by meticulous documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead investigation efforts and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
