Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software development using Jenkins or similar tools
  • Establish and continuously improve automated build, test, and integration workflows for software teams
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, QA, and system teams to streamline development and release processes
  • Manage and optimize build infrastructure, including toolchains, artifacts, and dependencies for embedded environments
  • Develop and maintain cloud-based development and testing environments to support scalability and remote collaboration
  • Implement DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, version control standards, and automation
  • Strengthen security across development pipelines by integrating security checks, access controls, and compliance practices

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of automated build, test, and integration workflows for embedded software development
  • Experience with cloud-based development and test environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy)
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, version control, and artifact management
  • Experience implementing security practices within development pipelines (access control, secrets management, vulnerability scanning)
  • Ability to work closely with software developers, QA, and system teams to understand needs and remove blockers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex issues
  • Clear and effective communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-DevOps stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize, execute, and continuously improve processes
