Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software development using Jenkins or similar tools
- Establish and continuously improve automated build, test, and integration workflows for software teams
- Collaborate closely with software developers, QA, and system teams to streamline development and release processes
- Manage and optimize build infrastructure, including toolchains, artifacts, and dependencies for embedded environments
- Develop and maintain cloud-based development and testing environments to support scalability and remote collaboration
- Implement DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, version control standards, and automation
- Strengthen security across development pipelines by integrating security checks, access controls, and compliance practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
- Strong understanding of automated build, test, and integration workflows for embedded software development
- Experience with cloud-based development and test environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy)
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code, version control, and artifact management
- Experience implementing security practices within development pipelines (access control, secrets management, vulnerability scanning)
- Ability to work closely with software developers, QA, and system teams to understand needs and remove blockers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex issues
- Clear and effective communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-DevOps stakeholders
- Ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize, execute, and continuously improve processes
