We are looking for a IT Support Specialist. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a lean IT function and grow alongside it. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk support, working directly under the CISO/Head of IT. You won't just close tickets — you'll help build and mature the systems, documentation, and processes that underpin a security-conscious engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, F2F, and phone (hardware, software, connectivity, accounts)
  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve issues for Windows end-users
  • Escalate complex or security-related issues to the CISO with full context and initial findings
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding/offboarding: account provisioning, device setup, and access management across M365, Entra ID, and SaaS platforms
  • Maintain and improve onboarding runbooks, SOPs, checklists, and knowledge base articles
  • Manage and deploy Windows and Ubuntu devices via Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM); apply OS patches, enforce baselines, and support endpoint hardening
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive); manage licenses, groups, and conditional access in Entra ID; maintain SaaS license inventory and support access reviews
  • Support hardware procurement, asset tracking, lifecycle management, and maintain accurate IT asset/configuration records

Requirements

  • 2-4 years hands-on IT support / helpdesk experience
  • Strong troubleshooting methodology
  • Solid foundation in Windows 10/11 administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID & Intune
  • Professional written communication in English and Hebrew
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) - Advantage
  • Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN)- Advantage
  • Any Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Helpdesk, Technician PC)- Advantage
  • Scripting basics: PowerShell, Bash, or Python- Advantage
