Description

Regulus is an agile defense-tech startup tackling the most complex challenges in counter-drone and uncrewed defense. With hundreds of combat-proven systems deployed by the IDF and global partners, we are now building the next generation of C-UxS systems.

We’re at a pivotal stage of growth — and looking for someone who will take full ownership of how our office runs and how our people experience day-to-day work at Regulus.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves making things work — from the small details to the big picture.

You’ll be responsible for everything that makes the company run smoothly:

office operations, employee experience, vendors, budget, and all the moving parts in between.

If you’re someone who thrives on ownership, brings order to chaos, and cares deeply about people and environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day office operations — making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard
  • Manage vendors and suppliers (facilities, equipment, services, etc.)
  • Lead employee experience initiatives — events, wellbeing, engagement, and culture moments
  • Manage and track budgets related to office and employee experience
  • Handle purchasing, logistics, and ongoing operational needs
  • Be the go-to person for employees — solving problems, anticipating needs, and creating a great work environment
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle touchpoints
  • Work closely with leadership to support a growing, evolving organization

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in office management / operations / employee experience roles- A MUST
  • A true doer mindset — someone who gets things done end-to-end
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Great interpersonal skills — people trust you and enjoy working with you
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
  • A “how yes” mindset — you focus on solutions, not blockers, and know how to move things forward even in ambiguity

Why Join Regulus

  • Be part of a company with real-world impact
  • Join at a critical growth stage and shape how things are built
  • Work in a dynamic, no-ego environment with a lot of ownership
  • Make a real difference in people’s day-to-day experience
