Our HR team keeps expanding, and we’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive our direct, in-house hiring strategy and optimize our talent pipelines.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will focus heavily on mapping the market, hunting for passive candidates, and building robust pipelines from scratch. You will own the shift toward zero-agency dependency while also handling the end-to-end evaluation for select critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to map talent markets and attract top-tier, passive candidates
  • Drive candidate generation to reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies and optimize hiring costs
  • Manage the top of the funnel and own the end-to-end evaluation process for select critical roles across Engineering, Product, and Operations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define success profiles
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate journey that reflects Regulus’s values and strengthens our employer brand
  • Leverage sourcing data, insights, and recruiting metrics to optimize pipeline speed and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of dedicated experience focused on technical sourcing within tech companies or startup environments
  • Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and alternative platforms) with a proven track record of converting passive talent into active candidates.
  • Proven experience in mapping and sourcing across multi-disciplinary functions (Hardware, Software, Product, and Operations)
  • Experience building talent communities, sourcing systems, and structures from scratch in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Existing network within the defense tech ecosystem (Rafael, Elbit, IAI, or relevant IDF technological units) – Advantage
  • Highly data-driven, using market insights to guide decisions and remove pipeline bottlenecks – Advantage
