The Role

We are looking for an organized, analytical and proactive early-career professional to join our Sales team as a Tender & Commercial Operations Specialist.

You will support and coordinate REGULUS's tender and proposal processes, working closely with Sales and teams across the company.

The role includes reviewing tender documents, tracking requirements and deadlines, coordinating information from different teams, and supporting the preparation and submission of proposals.

You will also support the Sales team with customer and market research, opportunity analysis and preparation of sales materials.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to build a career in a technology company. Previous experience in tenders or the defense industry is not required.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business and defense, gain exposure to complex international opportunities, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal.

What You'll Do

Tender & Proposal Support

  • Review tender, RFP, RFI and RFQ documents and summarize key requirements.
  • Help track deadlines, deliverables and required documentation.
  • Coordinate information and materials from different teams and follow up on open items.
  • Support the preparation, review and submission of proposals.
  • Ensure submissions are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
  • Maintain organized tender documentation and track relevant opportunities.

Commercial & Sales Support

  • Research customers, markets, competitors and potential business opportunities.
  • Support the Sales team with customer and market insights.
  • Help assess new opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Prepare presentations, research and other sales materials.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with complex documents and information.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive, curious and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site in Haifa.

A Great Fit If You Are

  • A law graduate looking to move from legal work into a technology company.
  • Working in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Project Coordination and looking for a broader commercial role.
