Rill is a cloud service for operational analytics. While digitally transformed businesses have unleashed a new class of real-time, event-based data from their products, few BI applications have caught up with this reality. Rill’s service connects with cloud data wherever it lives, requires zero tuning, and makes BI applications blazingly fast. The open-source technologies at our core (notably the Apache Druid database, created by our founder’s last company) have been adopted by 100s of companies -- including Alibaba, Lyft, and Snap -- to power mission-critical tools for user analytics, application performance monitoring, and digital marketing. Our mission is to productize this stack, deliver it as a radically easier-to-adopt cloud service, and evolve it to address even more powerful use cases in areas like e-commerce and IoT.
