Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing employment-based immigration processes. This role will be responsible for coordinating visa sponsorships, ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration regulations, partnering with external immigration counsel, and providing guidance to employees and hiring managers throughout the immigration lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, and has experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, H-1B transfers, H-1B extensions, PERM, I-140, TN, E-3, L-1, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, and Green Card sponsorships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and external immigration attorneys regarding immigration matters.
- Coordinate the preparation and collection of documentation required for visa petitions and employment authorization.
- Track visa expirations, work authorization deadlines, and immigration milestones to ensure timely filings and compliance.
- Maintain accurate immigration records and employee documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Partner with legal counsel to prepare and submit immigration petitions and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) when necessary.
- Advise employees on immigration processes, timelines, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with USCIS, Department of Labor (DOL), Department of State (DOS), and other applicable federal regulations.
- Support Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, including audits and record maintenance.
- Assist with prevailing wage requests, Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), and PERM recruitment coordination.
- Develop and maintain immigration tracking reports and provide regular status updates to HR leadership.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations and recommend updates to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on immigration considerations during the hiring process.
- Assist with HR projects and employee relations initiatives as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing employment-based immigration programs in an HR or corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes and regulations.
- Experience coordinating with immigration attorneys and government agencies.
- Knowledge of Form I-9 compliance and E-Verify requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
