Position Overview: ML Engineer
We are on the hunt for an exceptional ML Engineer with specialized expertise in NLP/LLMs to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a profound background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of LLMs and software engineering to enhance our analytics capabilities. As a senior figure in our data science team, you'll be pivotal in evolving our analytics solutions, and steering complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models from inception to production.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results to improve models.
- Maintain and improve existing machine learning systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Keep abreast of developments in the field to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of technology.
- Communicate complex solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in ML engineering.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics).
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- 3+ years of experience in NLP/LLMs
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JAVA
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- familiarity with frameworks and languages like React, TypeScript, Angular or Vue
