Sisense is looking for a seasoned Director of Revenue Operations to drive strategy and operational excellence within our sales, marketing, and customer success organizations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue or sales operations management, system integrations, process automation, enablement, and the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in a fast-paced financial environment.

This role will lead and build a team responsible for ensuring that GTM teams have the data, strategies, and process support to accomplish key business outcomes and maximize revenue growth. This role will partner with senior leadership, including the CRO, CFO, CPO, SVP Marketing and other department heads to drive operational alignment and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction and retention, and increase operational efficiency across the organization.
  • GTM Alignment: Foster alignment between the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the customer journey, from lead generation to conversion and retention.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing revenue generation processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and revenue performance.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and customer engagement. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Lead the development of accurate revenue forecasts based on historical performance, market trends, and sales pipeline analysis. Work closely with finance and executive teams to align revenue projections with overall business objectives.
  • Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement revenue operation technologies, tools, and systems to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall revenue generation capabilities.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within the BI or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation processes, customer lifecycle, and sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in revenue operation technologies, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $160,000-$190,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
