As a Digital Demand Generation Manager, you will execute integrated campaigns across digital touchpoints, optimize campaign effectiveness, track and communicate performance, work closely with the sales and ADR teams.

You will be reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and will work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative marketing environment. This is a critical role in building a forecast model, aligning program investment to the marketing budget, and being held accountable for ARR contributions.

As a Digital Demand Generation Manager you will:

Set strategy and drive execution for digital marketing programs

  • Have a user-first mindset - what keeps our target audience up at night, what are their pain points and how we can help them solve for their needs
  • Identify and understand top channels for the target audience and the best approach for each channel, demand creation vs demand capture, and how to activate
  • Proactively create programs to meet quarterly funnel goals, including net new names in the system, MQLs, opportunities, and deals. Programs include ABM, paid search, display, paid social.
  • Set goals, milestones and timelines for campaigns
  • Understand key product initiatives and sales goals to help achieve them

Map content that resonates with the target audience

  • Identify content to help prospects progress from discovery to conversion
  • Drive creation of campaign pages and assets needed to execute on programs, including ADR scripts, ad copy, email nurtures
  • Oversee all content touchpoints on digital channels and be responsible for demand creation and demand capture activities

Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign results

  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
  • Report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as MQLs, first meetings, pipeline, and revenue
  • Know CRO principles, continually improve landing pages, chatbot experience and ads
  • Understand each channels impact on revenue, what’s driving success and what are the projected outcomes for the next quarters

Collaborate cross functionally to launch campaigns

  • Collaborate with external resources to ensure our paid and organic search and social programs are continuously optimized, reaching our ICP, and converting to meetings and opportunities
  • Collaborate with GTM teams, understand net new logo goals to build strategies to achieve them

Requirements:

  • B2B SaaS experience, startup culture mindset and strong understanding of growth marketing principles with a track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of generating meetings and pipeline
  • 5-7 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, field/channel, demand generation, or events marketing experience
  • A strong pulse on what good campaigns look like, and how to achieve it
  • Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
  • Experience with Marketo / HubSpot, GA4, and SFDC
  • Able to work with global teams and support global markets
  • Can-do-attitude: highly motivated, self-starter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $125,000-$155,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
