Key Responsibilities: Driving Core Platform Strategy
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be taking a key role in shaping one of our core platform messaging and GTM strategies. You will own the narrative for a top strategic product area, working cross-functionally to drive its success from concept to market.
- Own Core Platform Positioning: Develop and implement compelling product positioning and messaging that aligns with the company's strategic vision and clearly articulates our technical and business value proposition.
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy: Be a mandatory driver and influencer in the development and execution of the Sisense Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion, ensuring alignment between product features, user adoption, and marketing efforts.
- Market Intelligence & Insight: Conduct deep market and competitive research to understand evolving customer needs, preferences, and the broader AnPaaS landscape.
- Enablement & Content Leadership: Partner with other PMMs to create high-impact, value-driven content that drives the entire Go-To-Market funnel.
- Own Product-Led Content: developing essential assets like in-product messaging, tutorials, feature adoption guides, and self-service onboarding flows that translate deep technical concepts into immediate user value and action.
- Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Act as a platform evangelist, articulating capabilities and value propositions through webinars, thought leadership content, and in-person event presentations.
- Cross-Functional GTM Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional collaboration (Product Management, Sales, Engineering) to successfully plan, launch, and drive the adoption of new products and features, establishing GTM best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
- You have 6+ years of progressive experience as a Product Marketing Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, Analytics, or a complex developer-facing platform.
- Proven, hands-on experience in building, implementing, and optimizing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and growth.
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts (especially related to data, APIs, or embedded systems) into compelling, value-driven narratives, and conversely, translate market opportunities back into technical feature needs.
- A highly proactive problem-solver with a strong bias for action and a proven track record of fostering and implementing comprehensive product marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in managing, influencing, and aligning multiple cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Engineering to achieve common GTM goals.
- An expert storyteller who leverages data and user insights to craft compelling narratives and is experienced in making data-informed decisions.
- Advantage: Experience with AI/ML concepts or marketing an AI/ML-driven platform is a significant advantage.
