The Sales team

Consumers are already messaging with everyone. They have a big appetite for doing it with the companies they have let into their lives.

As a Yalo sales expert, you’ll help the largest companies in the world reach their consumers via delightful chat conversations. Be ready to develop a deeper relationship with our existing customers and to land new companies for our logo collection. You’re in for a lot of fun!

The Sr Account Executive is a farmer role, responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our enterprise-level B2B clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction while maximizing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidates are those who have experience working with enterprise companies but also understand the hands-on culture of a smaller enterprise sales organization. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on SaaS (or specifically CPaaS) solutions. Experience selling analytics, CRM, or communication solutions are some good examples. We are currently focused on several sales verticals such as Retail and CPG, special industry expertise in any of these is highly desired.

You can contribute to our ARR goal with the revenue that you bring to the table and keep our current customers happy.

What are the activities of a Sr Account Executive?

  • Achieve Q-o-Q sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise-level B2B clients
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth
  • Create a world-class proposal for the C-level
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Manage the Salesforce data daily with meeting notes, sales funnel update, etc
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to align strategies, share insights, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay abreast of product updates, and sales techniques to enhance your expertise and contribute to the growth and development of the team

If you meet the next experience, this is your role, don't hesitate. We want you on the team!

  • 5+ years of outstanding results selling SaaS Solutions to customers where typical size deals are around $1M USD.
  • Experience in working with customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, AI, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies preferred
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company
  • Up-to-date on digital and application trends
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and the decision-making process for significant SaaS investments
  • Outstanding CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Experience working with the North of Latin America territory.
