We’re looking for strategic thinkers that can handle the day-to-day activities while planning for the future. Data-based decisions and expectations management are also on our mind.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the bridge between the client and the internal team to resolve technical questions or concerns during sales and pre-sales.
What are the activities of the Sales Engineer?
  • Be the technical expert in customer presentations and Interact with the sales team as part of the pre-sale and post-sale cycle stages.
  • Analyze, Understand and Create technical proposals for integrations or additional characteristics of the products and services that include effort and cost, in addition to complying with the technical requirements aligned to the client’s objectives and finally working so that the internal technical teams use the proposals as inputs to build solutions.
  • Clearly explain to internal and external clients the technical, security, and compliance parts of the best practices of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Work together with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress and implementation of the initiatives created.
If you meet the following experience, this is your role, don’t hesitate. We want you on the team!
  • Four years of experience presenting application software solutions to technical and commercial audiences.
  • Four years in a sales engineering or engineering consulting role in a SaaS company.
  • Previous experience working with commercial teams understanding how the complete sales cycles, from prospecting to delivery, works.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on understanding customer needs and adapting them to the products/services we offer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or related areas.
  • Four years of experience in professional software development (ERPs, CRMs, or any other cloud-based product)
  • Four years of experience in Software Project Management.
  • Feel comfortable speaking and writing to internal/external customers in English when necessary
