We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, and the ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, develop reporting solutions, and contribute to data-related projects that impact our business strategy.
What are the responsibilities of a Sr. Data Analyst?
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
- Create visually compelling and interactive data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant platforms to design informative dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality through data cleansing and validation processes.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data pipelines and data storage.
- Develop predictive models to support forecasting, customer segmentation, and other business-related needs.
- Evaluate model performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain documentation for data analysis processes, including data sources, methodologies, and best practices.
- Present findings and insights to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
What are the requirements for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or any related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a track record of successfully delivering data-driven insights and solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
