What are the responsibilities for this role?
  • Handle customer support inquiries via the service desk.
  • Develop, maintain, and uphold customer relationships.
  • Serve as the “voice” of the customer.
  • Update tickets and inquiries with appropriate tags and contact details.
  • Identify opportunities for, and execute cross-sells and expansions to drive revenue.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish projects across departments.
  • Facilitate training sessions (via screenshare) with new and existing customers to showcase how to use the Yalo Console and best practices for success.
  • Meet and exceed company and department OKRs by controlling churn and driving expansion
Job Requirements (Must have)
Ideal experience for this role (years & knowledge), soft skills and abilities, tools and language skills. Those requirements that this person need to domain to be considered for this role.
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong desire to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and virtual presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with Google Suite applications (Gmail, docs, sheets, etc)
