Your mission?
Lead a team of software engineers to achieve their business goals
What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠
- Propose a technical roadmap for the team
- Maintain existing functionalities.Build technical definitions for upcoming projects
- Keep track of the career path of team members
- Hiring / Letting people go when necessarySet proper expectations for stakeholders
Job Requirements?💻
- +3 Years of experience leading teams of more than 3 people
- Similar position in at least 2 companies
- Familiarity with development of web applications
- Solid hands on experience in GoLang or TypeScript
- Solid software architecture knowledge
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing, Monitoring, Microservices, Messaging queues, and databases
- Basic english communication skills
