As a Key Account Strategy Director, you will be responsible for designing the strategy and executing a growth and innovation plan for our most important customers. You will lead a cross-functional team focused on delivering Yalo’s value proposition and helping our key customers reach their full potential. This will be achieved by working closely with our customers, understanding how we can better address their needs, driving innovation with our product team, and ensuring relentless execution.
Our Key Account Strategy Director is both a great strategist and an excellent executor, complemented by extraordinary stakeholder management skills. You will be laser-focused on adding true value to our customers and passionately driving the organization to fulfill our promise. You must be able to quickly understand the business needs of our key customers and translate them into actionable plans and product requirements for deployment within our organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our customers, helping them push their business forward and exceed their internal targets.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced professional with top-tier management consulting experience at the manager level, along with additional industry experience. You should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets, strong business acumen, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Crafting strong narratives based on data should come naturally to you. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity, and are driven by delivering results.
