Job Summary 🧾

Lead the Delivery of AI-Powered Agent Experience. We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can own end-to-end delivery of agentic solutions — bridging client needs, squad execution, and business outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment. So if you are a strategic thinker with a technical edge, energized by the challenge of bringing AI agents to life at scale; this role is for you!

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and consultative skills with a solid understanding of enterprise technology environments. They do not need to be deeply hands-on from an engineering perspective, but they should feel comfortable discussing integrations, authentication, middleware, APIs, and high-level solution design with customers and internal stakeholders.

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

As a Technical PM at Yalo, you will:

  • Own the full project lifecycle — from SOW validation and kickoff through delivery, go-live, and post-launch support.
  • Define agent scope, guardrails, and escalation rules for AI-powered implementations, ensuring autonomous systems behave predictably and safely.
  • Be the single point of contact between clients and the squad — routing all requests, managing expectations, and keeping communication clear and fast.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure every demo showcases real business value — including agentic logic in action.
  • Deliver Weekly Governance Reports and Quarterly Roadmap Reviews that give clients full visibility into progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Partner with Tech Leads and UX Designers to validate that proposed architectures are feasible, well-scoped, and aligned with the client's tech stack.
  • Proactively identify risks — including those specific to agentic systems: model dependencies, data quality, integration failures, and unexpected agent behavior.

Job Requirements? 💻

You're the right fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of project management or business analysis experience in the tech industry, ideally in a SaaS or AI/chatbot environment.
  • Have 3+ years of customer-facing experience managing expectations across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Are fluent in English and Spanish — and can lead multi-stakeholder conversations with confidence.
  • Have experience delivering chatbot or conversational AI implementations end-to-end.
  • Are organized, ownership-driven, and don't wait to be asked — you spot blockers and move them.
  • Have a genuine curiosity to develop fluency in AI/agentic systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, tool use, agent orchestration); prior exposure is a strong advantage.

  • Background as a software developer or hands-on technical experience.
  • Familiarity with the full SDLC and engineering best practices.
  • Experience in CPG, Retail, or Banking industries.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira or Linear, Claude Code
