The Access Management team member is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the
company's access management system. This includes developing and maintaining access policies, managing user
access to systems and data. This role requires a strong understanding of identity and access management principles,
excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Develop and maintain access policies: The access management team is responsible for developing and maintaining the
company's access policies. These policies define who has access to what systems and data, and under what
circumstances. The access management team must ensure that these policies are aligned with the company's overall
security objectives.
System Integration: Collaborate with Fin-ops team members to integrate bank accounts and credit cards with accounting
tools such as Quickbooks Online.
Manage user access to systems and data: The access management team is responsible for managing user access to
systems and data. This includes creating and managing user accounts, granting and revoking access permissions, and
monitoring user activity. The access management team must ensure that only authorized users have access to sensitive
data.
Responsibilities

- Accept client invites of their tech tools
- Extracting reports from different financial tools
- Setting up calls with US banks & other accounting tools to ensure smooth access flows
- Manage access for a team of 300+ team members across US & India
- Adept at multitasking with quick turnaround time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a team environment
- Strong understanding of technology
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
