What we’re looking for

Zeni is looking for people that take quality as a point of pride. You will be a key member of the Sales Team at Zeni and work very closely with founders and finance leaders. You love to go the extra mile to make sure your work and others’ work are done with the highest excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly become familiar with the firm’s technology platforms, managed Services and consulting offerings. You will become proficient in articulating their advantages and how they create value
  • Conduct business research on prospects, opportunities, and segments to develop and execute a comprehensive new logo acquisition strategy
  • Prospect and build pipeline of opportunities, drive conversations with new prospects and establish relationships
  • Transactional selling - Average Sales cycle: 14 days
  • Client-facing skills with ability to handle demos and become a presenter for the company and Run campaigns,
  • Perform full-cycle sales activities to meet and exceed new business revenue goals
  • Monitor and communicate competitor activity throughout the market, identifying key strengths and weaknesses

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of successful SaaS experience
  • Financial technology (fintech) services inside or full-cycle sales background is a plus
  • Proven sales success of consistent quota attainment
  • Ability to generate new business through prospecting. Clear and repeatable pipeline generation process.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) range of $152,000–$255,000, comprising base salary and variable compensation. Commissions are uncapped, providing significant upside for high performers who consistently exceed their targets. We also offer clear promotion paths that reward sustained overachievement, giving top performers the opportunity to grow their scope, earnings potential, and impact over time. This role is also eligible for an equity package.

Position Location

This role requires that you are able to work from our Lehi, UT office four days per week without relocation assistance.
