Zeta Global is seeking a strategic, business-driven, and growth-focused Senior Director, People Partner to join our global People & Culture team. Reporting to the VP, US People Partners, this leader will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
As a key thought partner to our two of our Revenue Business Unit along with Product & Engineering organizations, this individual will act as a trusted coach, helping leaders scale high-performing teams, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
This role requires a forward-thinking, data-driven People leader with deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a high-growth, high-impact workforce and driving cross-functional collaboration to execute People programs that accelerate business success.

COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation range for this role is $170,000 – $180,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills and experience.
