THE TEAM

Zeta Global’s Customer Solutions Value Practice sits at the intersection of technology, value, and delivery. Our mission is to embed a unified, data-driven value framework across the client lifecycle, from initial engagement to launch, renewal and advocacy. We help translate complex offerings into clear, outcome-driven narratives that align internal teams and client stakeholders around shared business impact.

Operating as both a solution design function and a field execution partner, we build scalable frameworks and directly support client engagements to ensure that value is not just promised, but realized. A critical part of our work includes driving product adoption by aligning platform capabilities to customer goals and impact cases.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Value Consultant, you’ll be a founding member of a high-impact team that is redefining how Zeta articulates and delivers value. You will work cross-functionally to design and embed solution-based value frameworks into Zeta’s operating rhythms and client-facing motions. This spans pre-sales support through to ongoing engagement.

You will lead value-centric workshops, create compelling business cases, and act as a trusted partner to field teams. Your work will directly support value selling, expansion, and long-term retention by ensuring Zeta’s platform is understood, adopted, and appreciated through a business outcomes lens. In addition, you will:

  • Shape a pioneering practice that transforms how companies approach value realization
  • Build, partner, and influence outcomes that drive sustainable growth for our clients and teams
  • Develop expertise at the intersection of solution design and delivery
  • Make a tangible impact on both company growth and customer success

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Embed our proprietary value frameworks and experience tools into client engagement processes
  • Design the next-generation value framework in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Lead solution design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to uncover value drivers and align on success metrics
  • Develop diagnostics, business cases, benchmarks, and presentations that quantify Zeta’s impact
  • Translate technical solutions into executive-ready value narratives
  • Create reusable toolkits, frameworks, and storytelling assets as part of the Value Center of Excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Strategy, Insights, and Product, to deliver a unified message
  • Contribute to internal enablement and field adoption of value practices at scale
  • Balance high-touch client work with scalable delivery through playbooks and advisory templates

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7–10 years of experience in consulting, value engineering, solutions consulting, or similar client-facing roles
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, CDP, Customer Analytics
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities across executive and practitioner audiences
  • Ability to translate technology into business value, backed by client-facing experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and business case development
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks for value realization and customer lifecycle strategy
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Project management experience leading client engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a technical field (preferred)

This position is a hybrid role based out of NYC.

COMPENSATION RANGE

The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.
