THE TEAM
Zeta Global’s Customer Solutions Value Practice sits at the intersection of technology, value, and delivery. Our mission is to embed a unified, data-driven value framework across the client lifecycle, from initial engagement to launch, renewal and advocacy. We help translate complex offerings into clear, outcome-driven narratives that align internal teams and client stakeholders around shared business impact.
Operating as both a solution design function and a field execution partner, we build scalable frameworks and directly support client engagements to ensure that value is not just promised, but realized. A critical part of our work includes driving product adoption by aligning platform capabilities to customer goals and impact cases.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Value Consultant, you’ll be a founding member of a high-impact team that is redefining how Zeta articulates and delivers value. You will work cross-functionally to design and embed solution-based value frameworks into Zeta’s operating rhythms and client-facing motions. This spans pre-sales support through to ongoing engagement.
You will lead value-centric workshops, create compelling business cases, and act as a trusted partner to field teams. Your work will directly support value selling, expansion, and long-term retention by ensuring Zeta’s platform is understood, adopted, and appreciated through a business outcomes lens. COMPENSATION RANGE
The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.
