THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and be responsible for the design and implementation of our addressability solutions. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of addressability by deploying advanced identity solutions in the Web, Mobile App and CTV environments.

The Solutions Engineer role will be based in New York and is an in-office hybrid position. You are also expected to attend NYC-based client and internal team meetings as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement pre-bid configurations utilizing header bidding, wrapper solutions, Server to Server and SSP integrations to facilitate programmatic bidding with user-centric data.
  • Query and analyze data for troubleshooting and trend analysis.
  • Debug website code utilizing browser developer tools
  • Partner with sales and product teams to develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth implementation and operation of addressability solutions.
  • Review client performance to ensure continued success.
  • Support the Account Management team in improving client utilization of the solution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and product development teams.
  • Monitor critical systems to ensure the solution performs as intended.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our support processes and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the marketing technology industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a Technical Support role
  • Experience in marketing technology, with a strong understanding of addressability solutions.
  • Knowledge of pre-bid configurations and header bidding solutions.
  • Experience creating and debugging code written with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience querying, analyzing and creating visualizations of data utilizing SQL and Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 depending on location and experience.
