We're looking for a proactive and insightful Threat Data Analyst to join our research team. This role centers around diving deep into our threat intelligence data to uncover patterns and insights that will significantly improve our customers' security posture. In addition to technical expertise, this position requires collaboration with the marketing department to generate compelling and informative content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Location: Remote position based in Argentina.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize your expertise in Python and PostgreSQL to analyze our comprehensive threat intelligence data. Your goal will be to extract, interpret, and transform data into actionable insights that contribute to advancements in our security solutions.
Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with marketing to translate complex data findings into engaging content. This includes blog posts, white papers, and other materials that help educate our customers and the broader community about mobile security threats and trends.
Team Integration: Actively participate in research team meetings and strategy sessions, offering data-driven recommendations and reports that influence company-wide security strategies.
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques. Your ongoing learning will directly influence both your work and the company's approach to mobile security.
Key Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related field.
Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of cybersecurity practices, especially related to mobile and data security.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Python and PostgreSQL. A solid understanding of database management and data analysis workflows is preferred.
Content Development: Experience in crafting well-informed, accessible content for a variety of audiences. A portfolio of previous work in technical writing or related content creation is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets.
