The Role

We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Conversation Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be the architect of engaging and effective AI-driven conversations, translating our customer's automation goals into AI flows that align with businesses policies. Your work will directly impact our clients' success, shaping the future of AI customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI conversation flows that align with customer objectives and internal processes.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, customer service goals, and specific needs, ensuring the AI agent accurately reflects their brand and addresses their customers' inquiries.

  • Analyze conversation data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization, continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of AI interactions.

  • Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from client experiences, driving product enhancements and innovations.

  • Stay ahead of the latest developments in AI, conversational design, and industry best practices to ensure Siena AI remains at the forefront of the AI customer service field.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in conversational design, customer service automation deployment and management. Experience with Zendesk is a big plus.

  • Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, prompt engineering.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and clear conversational scripts.

  • A customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on creating intuitive and satisfying user experiences.

  • Analytical abilities to assess conversation metrics and derive actionable insights.

  • A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.

  • A growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in a fast-paced industry.
