Meet Siena
Siena is the Agent of Record for consumer brands. One agent that owns the entire customer journey, running on a shared intelligence layer no point tool can replicate.
Consumer brands run ten or more disconnected tools to manage their customers. We collapse that stack into a single agent. It started with support, the hardest surface a brand has, and it expands from there: Shopping Agent, Social Agent, Siena working alongside a brand's own operators. The role
Siena is the CX operating system for brands. The product is shipping faster than the market can absorb it. We have the customers, the proof, the momentum. What we need is someone who turns all of that into compounding growth.
You will own how Siena grows. New customers, existing customers, and everything between them. Demand creation, product launches, brand, content, expansion, retention as a marketing motion. The full surface area of how the world finds Siena and how Siena keeps the customers it earns.
You work directly with both founders. You build the function. You build the team.
What you'll own
New customer acquisition. Demand creation across every channel that works. Brand, content, social, events, paid, partnerships. The pipeline that fuels Series A and beyond.
Existing customer growth. Expansion, adoption, retention as a marketing problem. Customer marketing, co-marketing, references, community. The 130 brands we already serve become our biggest growth lever.
Product launches end to end. Every release becomes a market moment. Positioning, messaging, distribution, the works.
Category leadership. Siena is creating the category of CX operating system for brands. You own how that category gets defined and adopted.
Brand and momentum. The campaigns, content, and presence that make Siena the first name in CX AI.
The growth system. You build the AI agents and workflows that let one person move like ten. You orchestrate. Your taste is the final filter.

AI-native. You build agents. You build systems. You've replaced workflows with AI before you joined us, and you'll do it again here.
A builder. You've shipped something from zero. A function, a brand, a company, a community. You operate without a brief.
A storyteller. You write. You shape narrative. You take a complex AI product and make it feel inevitable.
Creative and analytical in equal measure. You have taste, and you have a pipeline dashboard open. You move between a campaign concept and a CAC payback model without flinching.
Scrappy. You ship in hours. You experiment constantly. You kill what doesn't work.
Fluent in selling AI. You understand what makes AI products different to market. You've done it, or you've studied it closely enough to tell us exactly how you'd do it here.
