Job Description

We are in search of a proficient Security Architect with comprehensive knowledge in Kubernetes, GoLang, SaaS, and Cloud environments. The chosen candidate will spearhead the security design for our SaaS products, ensuring the safety of Kubernetes clusters created and managed for our clientele, and fortify our cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and supervise the security architecture of our SaaS products developed in GoLang, hosted within Kubernetes and across diverse cloud platforms
  • Define and promote security guidelines and best practices for creating, configuring, and managing Kubernetes clusters.
  • Conduct security reviews and risk assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities in software, Kubernetes cluster configurations, and cloud setups, providing mitigative countermeasures.
  • Formulate and upkeep security policies, procedures, and documentation, with a focus on application, Kubernetes cluster, and cloud security.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and mitigation techniques within the Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Deliver training and mentorship on security best practices to software developers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of consolidated experience in software, Kubernetes, and cloud security, preferably in SaaS contexts.
  • Proficiency in GoLang programming.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Kubernetes architectures, security best practices, and cloud security protocols across platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with industry-standard security tools and frameworks, such as CIS Kubernetes Benchmarks, etc.
  • CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist), or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with FIPS-140-2/3 is a plus.
