Overview of role:

The team at SupportLogic is dedicated to improving the experience of today's Support professionals while helping companies serve and retain their customers through intelligent escalations, proactive interactions, and problem resolutions. In order to serve our customers in a way that enables them to serve their users, we are currently seeking customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to join our Sales team!

With zero customer churn and an install base that includes HP-Aruba, Qlik, Fivetran, Databricks, Rubrik, Nutanix, and more, we are looking for an Account Executive. This position reports directly to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will be based remotely within the United States.

How your work will support our growth:

  • Lead the sales process in finding, nurturing, and closing opportunities with enterprise customers.
  • Add to our logos and own the expansion of our current customer base.
  • Introduce new products and sell a ground-breaking, category defining product to Support and CS teams.
  • Listen, engage, and use consultative selling approaches to build trust and show the value of SupportLogic Products

About you (don't worry if you don't have this whole list- we expect you to learn with us):

  • Experience at a start-up in the SaaS/Enterprise SW space managing your own territory.
  • First-hand experience with CRM, Service-Clouds, Call-Centers, Support, Customer Success, or sales tools is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of AI, ML, and NLP concepts preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout the US region
  • Early-stage startup experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate both business and technical value of SupportLogic’s SX Platform to senior business and technical decision makers.
  • Experience selling using a usage-based or seat-based approach.
  • In-depth understanding of AI, ML, and NLP concepts.

Compensation: 50/50 commission split with $115-$130k base + equity and benefits
